Shadheen:Liberation  

Shadheen ( স্বাধীন ) means liberation in my mother tongue. For me, it embodies the essence of breaking free from oppressive ideologies that many of us were indoctrinated into through education systems steeped in white supremacy and colonialism. Shadheen Liberatory Offerings flows from my own unlearning journey of what and whose knowledge matters.

I am Nidal, a liberatory coach, erosomatic healer, and evaluation, learning, and strategy consultant for social justice-rooted organizations. I support individuals and groups to come home to themselves, clarify what matters, and move with care, courage, and integrity.
